Digi-pak:
Pros:
- front and back suit the conventional of the genre
- inside (image on the left) expresses the artist/band
- 'one night only' stands out which is good if it was in a store and on the shelf. We would be likely to pick it up
- the spines are simple and effective
Cons:
- The 3 images of the artist that single out his style of fashion don't show relevance to the artist until queried and understood
- Maybe you could have used the narrative costume as it would be more memorable
Magazine advert:
Pros:
- Colour contrast between the red, black and white are effective and stand out, grabbing consumers attention
- Contains valid information for a magazine advert
- the shadowed face has greater effect on the impact of the picture
Cons:
- the text in the left hand corner is hard to read due to being white!
- the logo and mention of 'limited edition digi-pak' is too close together, and makes it feel clustered
